Proving there is no end in sight to the current wave of stunning Norwegian releases right now (hot on the heels of excellent albums by Harrys Gym and Einar Stray for two) Oslos Cold Mailman release their debut single shortly in the form of the excellently titled "Pull Yourself Together and Fall in Love With Me".
Abtly dubbed by their label as "a stoned Erland Oye fronting the shins and bashing out Postal Service covers" (as bizarre an image as it is true) the band play a beautifully judged blend of indie pop and folksy loveliness with just not the slightest clue of just how good they are.
An album follows in March - on this evidence it will be one to watch out for.
